GateDefender Integra SB

Panda Security, the Cloud Security Company, has released a new version of its UTM (Unified Threat Management, Unified Threat Management) GateDefender Integra.

This product is specially designed for small-and medium-sized. It has two models: GateDefender Integra SB, a new model designed exclusively for companies with up to 50 employees GateDefender Integra 300, for those who are between 50 and 250 employees. Both models have the following protections:

• Firewall: Internal and external communications within the security policy.
• Intrusion Prevention System (IPS): Prevents intrusion attacks
• VPN: Protects confidential information transmitted over the Internet.

· Anti-malware: Protects against all types of malicious software.

· Content Filter: Scans inbound and outbound traffic for dangerous content

· Anti-spam: Clean mail traffic for spam or unwanted.

· Web Filter: Restricts access to inappropriate Web content related to work.

GateDefender Integra is the only UTM "Plug and protect" the market. Thus, the protections antimalware, antispam and web filtering is enabled by default when installing, protecting from the start without user intervention.

The Panda Security appliance also offers Continuous automatic updates. The rules and fingerprints are updated every 90 minutes in the case of malware, IPS or Web Filter and every minute in the case of spam. This updating is carried out from the cloud and making use of Collective Intelligence, a set of technologies from Panda Security to detect and analyze threats automatically, thus achieving greater speed in protection against Internet threats.

GateDefender Integra also allows optimize the use of the bandwidth to restrict access to non-productive sites. Similarly, the high spam detection rate of releases the mail servers and internal network traffic caused by spam.

Finally, the proactive content protection analyzing the incoming and outgoing traffic for dangerous content also allows to protect the corporate network, preventing confidential data loss.
