Adobe said that Flash support for tablets based on Google with its next version of Android operating system "Honeycomb", will be available "within weeks".

Honeycomb is the first version of Android designed for Tablet PC and is expected with great impatience. The Motorola Xoom tablet will launch on Thursday as the first to run this software, but earlier versions do not come with flash. Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) announced it has awarded a contract for the implementation of its digital TETRA radio infrastructure on motorways in Thuringia, Germany.

Motorola and its partner telent GmbH have reached an agreement for the installation of TETRA infrastructure and the provision of 200 terminals and MTM800E Motorola MTP850 and a dispatcher for the Landesamt für Straßenwesen (Department of Regional Road Maintenance). The completion of the contract, which also includes the installation of the Dimetra IP Compact TETRA at 43 points along a length of 450 kilometers of highway, is scheduled for 2010.
