The city of Campana Argentina implements video surveillance system and security in public places

Caracas, August 26, 2009 - The city of Campana, in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina, implemented an imaging system with technology from Motorola Wireless Broadband . This implementation improves the efficiency of public safety, provides various services to the ciudanía and provides new applications in the field of education.
The project, initiated in November 2008 is developed by BGH with his Microcom dealer. Caracas, January 2008 .- A pilot program of voluntary groups Microsoft Venezuela, Electricidad de Caracas (EDC) and RKM launched the program "Internet Security", whose goal is to provide elementary school students and the educational community general education and foundation necessary to consider to protect themselves from the risks associated with Internet use.

The plan started in the "National Bolivarian Education Unit José Martí" located on Main Avenue Sarria farmhouses in San Bernardino and was attended by nearly 100 students, aged between 10 and 12 years, who are students 6th grade at that institution. "Initiatives such as Safer Internet have great value to the community, as children in a c tualidad are in daily contact with interactive tools so it is also very important to know their risks so that they in turn can take preventive measures they avoid being subject to foreign users seeking personal information or contact them with ulterior motives, "said Juan Carlos Llovera, computer specialist teachers in the Education Unit.
A safe and productive session
The children were in school computer room numerous tips and advice on Internet safety from the hands of volunteers from the companies involved in the project. "Internet Security is part of the social responsibility initiatives undertaken by the Electricity of Caracas, with the aim of providing input to the community. Internet Security is part of efforts by Microsoft to protect children from online risks. After this pilot, the three companies are organizing a plan to develop from the first few months in other schools in the metropolitan area of Caracas.
